Who is responsible
Pelayo Maojo Llera, a private individual living in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain). Contact: the contact form. This is a personal, non-commercial site.
What data, and why
Only what you write in the contact form (name, email and message), used solely to read your message and answer it. It is not used for marketing and is not added to any list or database.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to me through either of the channels above.
Recipients
No one else. Two processors are involved in delivering the message: Vercel Inc. (site hosting) and Resend (email delivery). Both may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards the GDPR requires (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
How long
The form stores nothing: the message becomes an email in my inbox. I keep it as long as needed to reply, and at most one year.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to the contact form. If you think they were not respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party resources: fonts and images are served from the site itself.
